Experts have carried through various biological and hydrological studies in 2017. The reports will be ready soon, some of them are uploaded already.

Studies of mosses and vascular plants at all three sites were carried through by Nele Ingerpuu and vascular plants of Viidumäe were monitored by Mari and Triin Reitalu. Henn Timm studied invertebrates of the Viidumäe springs. Icthyology studies were carried out by experts of Wildlife Estonia, who together with the experts from Tartu University monitored the hydrolgy of three project sites.  

WILDLIFE ESTONIA
NGO Wildlife Estonia is established in 2000. Our aim is to protect rivers and other aquatic habitats. We care about the nature, biodiversity and fish in particular.

HABITATS
Springs, rivers and lakes are our common treasure. The more natural status they have the more precious they are. 

COMPETENCE
Successful application and implementation of river restoration and fish population status improvement projects. Scientific ichthyology studies with traditional and modern bio-telemetric methods.
