After two years of intense and complex work we have achieved the goals of the asp re-introduction activity. First group - 3000 specimen - of this years summerlings have been released into the restored Laeva river.

The natural conditions of last two years have been very different and not favourable for the artificial incubation and cultivation of asps. Also this years cold spring and watery autumn made the process very complicated and sometimes there was a reason to worry. But, care and continuous work was successful - more than 10000 specimen juvenil asps are waiting in a Haaslava fish-farm for release. We have started the re-introduction and first 3000 joung fish were released into the restored Laeva river. The first action was recorded by the team of the national TV broadcast "Osoon".
