First oxbow lakes re-opened

The first results of conservation action C1 are achieved. In 2010, august-october our subcontractor K&H has removed the sediments from the first two oxbow lakes- the Pudru and Võllinge rivers. The work was done professionally and with high respect to the nature. All parts- local people, stackholders, environmental board, fishermen are happy!
The first monitoring results are showing the positive impact of the deepening both on catch and species abundance.
